My girlfriend has been snoring VERY loudly lately. So much so that I can’t sleep. Lol. Idk if it’s allergies, or what. What’s the best way to stop this? I have heard of strips and such. Do those work? If so, what are some you could recommend?

my husband snores to he uses them nose strip thingys n it is prolly do to allergies get her nose strip thingys n a nasal spray n medications could cause that alot of the time when my husband takes xanex he snores loud ugh
